How Rent-to-Own Works
1. Choose Your Building
Select an in-stock or custom Tiny Home Shell or Storage Building that qualifies for Rent-to-Own.
2. Apply - we can email you an application
Complete the Rent-to-Own application, including a picture of a photo ID and the phone number to a reference- someone who doesn't live in your home. No credit check required.
3. Make Your Initial Payment - online, through the mail, or in person
Once everything is approved and completed, we'll coordinate your order and delivery.
4. Make Monthly Payments
Continue renting the building through your selected agreement term, or take advantage of the early purchase option available
under your agreement.




What Can I Purchase With Rent-to-Own?
Rent-to-Own is available for qualifying:
Tiny Home Shells • Storage Buildings • Garages • Workshops
You may also be able to include select finish work or upgrades as long as the total qualifying purchase remains within the RTO limit.
